Glenn Paul Du Quenoy’s journey in education spans continents and
cultures, beginning in his hometown of Providence, Rhode Island, where
he was born to parents with French and Quebecois heritage. His career
in education started as an elementary school teacher in the United
States, before expanding to international horizons including teaching
positions in China, Vietnam, Cambodia, Colombia, Belgium, and Oman. As
his career progressed, he transitioned into administrative roles,
serving as a school director in Cambodia, China, and Oman. His
personal life is enriched by his marriage to a wonderful woman from
Limon, and together they share their home with their beloved rescue
pets – Luna the dog and Kitty the cat. After exploring various corners
of the world, including the stunning cloud forests of Monteverde,
Costa Rica, Glenn and his family have found their home in this magical
mountain community, where nature and education intersect in perfect
harmony.
